Collectivus Mission Mondays

Hi! It’s been awhile since we updated, but that’s because there’s been a lot going on, albeit slowly.

Awhile ago, we started posting "Mission Mondays" to our Twitter and Facebook pages. This was a nod to old "to do" list challenges on Collective Detective and something pass the time while we work on Collectivus.

So follow Collectivus on Twitter or Collectivus on Facebook to stay up-to-date on Mission Mondays and the latest Collectivus news.

Downtime

Just a heads-up. Collectivus will be periodically down for maintenance from Sunday 07.31 until Monday evening on 08.01. We’ll be performing some updates and upgrades during that time.

Keep up-to-date on the updates by following Collectivus on Twitter.

Thanks and apologies in advance for any inconvenience.

Let’s Meetup and See Something New

hello-collectivusOn Monday, April 4th at 7:00PM, we’ll be giving the first public demo of the new version of Collectivus at the New Tech Meetup of Central PA. The meeting will be held at the Penn State York Campus.

While we’ve still got a lot of work to do, this alpha-release of Collectivus v2 will be open for people to test out and give feedback on. It will also be the first time the public will be able to see and interact with some of the roughly 40 new types of Thingies we’ll be introducing.

Other topics we’ll be covering include recapping the lessons learned from the first year of Collectivus and where we plan to take Thingies in year two. We’re hoping for some good conversation and questions.

If you’re in the Central PA area Monday, please come on out and say "Hi!"
